1. Overview

(An invoice will be sent to your email from Nexus Ledger Services upon order confirmation.)

At Nexus Ledger Services, we strive to provide the best financial solutions. However, if you are not satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy outlines when refunds are applicable.

Invoice Notification – An invoice from Nexus Ledger Services will be emailed to you upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable if a service was not provided as promised.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date.

3. No Refund for Used Services

  • If a service has been fully or partially used, no refund will be issued.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@nexusledger.com with:

  • Invoice number
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
